You would be very surprised, the actual breeding policy was much like the theoretical practice of Eugenics, which in and of itself is what you stated without the modern knowledge of "True" genetics, which was developed many years later. The whole "White supremecy" doctrine, Is a load of crap that was adapted by modern neo-nazis(See. Redneck dumbasses) Most of which, I might add, Hitler would rather toss in the gas chambers then let in his SS. The entire purpose was to breed strong, Aryan children to serve in the SS. Failing that, breed strong German children for the future of the german empire. Those not of Aryan stock, still fell within the nine tiers of Aryanism, that is, even a Irishman, Cossack, Palestine, fell under the title of Volksdeutsche, Those who were loyal to the Reich regardless of Race. (An interesting fact, The 35th SS were actually a devison made entirely of Muslims from palastine).

Most Individuals believe the Importance of "White" supremacy to the Reich was actually a creation of said Reich. However, it was actually written in in the US in 1951, when the modern Neo-Nazi party was formed. The only enemy to the German empire, according to Hitler, was the Jew. This wasn't even Hitlers Idea, It was actually adopted from a publication posted in 1928, by Karl Luegor, a Colonel in the German army in World War I, who stated that the reason the German people lost, was because of the fact that the Jewish population of Germany didn't participate as much as they should have, which led to a loss of German unity (Which was an outright Lie, out of the Germans that participated in world war I, approximately 24 Percent of them were Jewish, which is a larger number then even the Austrians could bring to bear) And thus, Hitler's position of Eugenics was that there would be a "Master" race to lead all the other races to unity and servitude.

The German Eugenics project was built on the nine tiers of Aryanism, which strove to breed one Master race, and eight superior races of each ethic group of Germany and of the allied nations. This was accomplished with intense study of family lines, mapping of genetic deficiencies, with the clear goal of only breeding the best of each tier together to breed 9 perfect races, each capitalizing on the strengths and weaknesses of that race, with the Aryan race above the other eight.

Anyway, Long winded rant aside. Eugenics is pretty much universal in goal, there is only method to debate. Then again, its kind of a dead science, so I don't expect to see it ever implemented.

Clarification: I was apologizing for making you uncomfortable, and asking "The Dire" here why being smart was a bad thing.

It's true. Test results show that higher level thinking displayed on forums scares a large percentage of viewers away. Their reasons as to why? Who knows.

I think it's due in part to the fact that most people are agitated when they see other people who're smarter than they are. /cough
